My Philosophy: The college essay is YOUR time to shine and to share something unique about yourself with college admissions counselors. What you submit should be written in YOUR voice, show YOUR writing ability, and most importantly be something YOU are proud to submit and share.
Timeline: The process of sending essays and receiving feedback will depend on individual needs. Typically, the process with all steps included takes about one to two months.
There are currently TWO package options available depending on YOUR needs:
Before the Bell – Complete College Essay Package #1
Start the Process – 20-minute phone consultation: Includes review of common app requirements and prompts. This will include a follow-up email with writing exercises to brainstorm topics and get started. $100 FREE
Zoom/In-person Meeting – Be ready to discuss possible topics! Brainstorm the approach, create an outline, and start writing! $175
Draft #1 – Digital Feedback – Once a first draft is submitted/emailed for review, you will receive digital feedback/zoom if required on what specifically works, and what needs improvement. This first response will concentrate primarily on the content of the essay. $175
Draft #2 – Digital Feedback – This second submission should be closer to a final draft. Once again you will receive feedback, but this feedback will concentrate on the final structure, and polishing grammar, usage, and mechanics. $175
Final Submission – You will receive a final review and requirement check so your essay is finalized and ready to upload for submission! $100
